Barron Trump branded “more spoiled than a princess” as Americans call for him to be sent to the Iran war

Social media went into a frenzy when the U.S. began its war in Iran, demanding that Donald Trump’s youngest son, Barron Trump, should also enlist. Now, a television anchor is blasting the 20‑year‑old for not joining the army.

The war in the Middle East is raging on. It has now been more than a month since Donald Trump decided to go to war with Iran, and as of today, there is no end in sight.

Meanwhile, many have expressed anger toward Trump and his family, who support the war despite neither the president nor his family members having served in the military.

Now, however, that could change. Trump’s youngest son, Barron Trump, has turned 20, which means he is eligible to join. When the war in Iran began, social media users immediately urged Barron to enlist.

One user wrote: “Why not demonstrate that Trump family spirit of patriotism and sacrifice by sending Barron to fight Iran?”

“At least someone from the Trump family should demonstrate how patriotic they are by serving instead of grifting,” another added.

A third post read: “#SendBarron. Would certainly send a message of solidarity with our troops, and gratitude for the sacrifices they make every day.”

Another user stated: “If you vote for leaders who love war, maybe you or your children should at least be first in line to explain why it’s worth it.”

Barron Trump branded “more spoiled than a princess” by news anchor Some even criticized Trump’s involvement in escalating the war while remaining safe. One person commented, “POTUS is chilling at his own country club while starting WWIII #SendBarron.”

Now that Barron Trump has turned 20, the calls for him to join the military are growing louder. On U.S. television network MS NOW, anchor Lawrence O’Donnell is the latest to share his thoughts on Barron.

O’Donnell blasted Barron as “spoiled” for not enlisting yet, accusing him of being a draft dodger.

“After Barron Trump celebrated his 20th birthday in lavish style last week — as a Trump, he could have marched straight down to a recruiting station and joined the army to fight in his father’s war,” the anchor said Wednesday on his The Last Word show, per the NY Post.

O’Donnell continued by noting that President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s four children all served in WWII, while Queen Elizabeth also served in uniform while her father was still king.

“Does Barron Trump know how to drive? Could he drive an ambulance in the Army, or is he not quite as tough as the 18‑year‑old Princess Elizabeth was when she joined the war effort?” O’Donnell said. “Imagine being more spoiled than an English princess on her way to becoming queen of England. That is what it means to be a Trump — more spoiled than the British royal family.”

Medical reason Barron Trump hasn’t enlisted in the U.S. Army While the Trump family isn’t known for military service — with Donald Trump reportedly avoiding service due to a doctor’s claim of bone spurs — the reason Barron Trump hasn’t joined may be related to his height.

The first men drafted would be those turning 20 during the calendar year of the lottery. Therefore, now that Barron has turned 20, he could be drafted. However, he may be exempt from military service for medical reasons — though not in the way many might expect.

At 6’7″, Barron may be too tall for certain military roles, especially those requiring work in confined spaces such as armored vehicles, tanks, and airplanes, per The Mirror. The U.S. Army has a height limit of 6’8″ for several positions, which could disqualify him from serving.
